Manon Petit is a Paris-based corporate lawyer specialising in European technology, data-privacy, and clean-energy transactions. Admitted to the Paris Bar after completing a dual LL.M. at Sciences Po and King’s College London, she advises listed companies, scale-ups, and investment banks on IPOs, venture financings, SPAC combinations, and cross-border mergers governed by French, EU, and UK securities law. Recognised by Legal 500 as a “Rising Star” in Tech & Telecoms, Manon speaks frequently on AI regulation and sustainable-finance disclosure, and she serves on the steering committee of France Digitale. Before joining Lumière Avocats, she completed an in-house secondment with the legal team at BlaBlaCar.

  • Counsel to Dassault Systèmes on its €1.2 billion sustainability-linked convertible bonds offering listed on Euronext Paris.
  • Advised OVHcloud on its €400 million IPO and subsequent €200 million secondary offering led by BNP Paribas and J.P. Morgan.
  • Represented EDF Renewables in a €750 million joint-venture with Google to develop offshore wind assets in Brittany.
  • Acted for a syndicate of banks as joint bookrunners on the cross-listing of Back Market’s €450 million shares on Euronext Growth and NASDAQ.
  • Counsel to a European VC fund on Series B and Series C investments totalling €300 million in a Paris-based quantum-computing start-up.
